Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Omen: the app, this website, your account and any keys you buy. By creating an account, buying a key or using Omen, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use Omen.

1. Who can use Omen

You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to buy a key.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details and your key to yourself. You're responsible for everything done with your account.
• One person per account. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
• We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

3. Keys and licenses

• A key gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use Omen for the time it covers (7 days, 30 days or lifetime).
• A key is locked to one PC by its hardware ID (HWID). You can reset the HWID from your dashboard once every 7 days to move to a different PC.
• "Lifetime" means for as long as Omen is offered. It isn't a promise that Omen will be available or work forever.
• Sharing, leaking or reselling keys without being an approved reseller gets the key revoked without a refund.

4. Buying keys

Prices are shown in US dollars and can change at any time; a change never affects a key you've already bought. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider, and we never see or store your full card details. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Keys bought from resellers

Resellers are independent sellers, not Omen. If you buy a key from a reseller and don't receive it, or receive one that doesn't work, we are not responsible for any loss or damages that result. Your purchase is between you and the reseller, so any refund or replacement has to come from them. We can only confirm whether a key is valid. Only keys bought directly from this website are covered by our Refund Policy.

Approved resellers agree to deliver every key they sell, not to misrepresent Omen, and to handle their own customers' support and refunds. We can remove a reseller's approval and revoke unsold keys if they don't.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Crack, reverse engineer, modify or redistribute Omen, or get around its key or HWID checks.
• Use Omen to harm other people, including stealing accounts or items, or harassing other players.
• File a chargeback for a key you received. Doing so revokes the key and closes your account.

7. Roblox and third parties

Omen is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Roblox Corporation. Using third-party software with Roblox may go against Roblox's own Terms of Use, and Roblox may warn, suspend or ban accounts for it. You use Omen at your own risk, and we are not responsible for any action Roblox or any other service takes against your accounts. Scripts from ScriptBlox or anywhere else are written by other people; run them at your own risk.

8. Updates and availability

Roblox updates can stop Omen from working until we update it. We work to keep Omen running but don't promise it will work at all times, and time lost while Roblox updates isn't refunded or added back to keys.

9. No warranty

Omen is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Omen and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost accounts, items, data or profits. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Omen in the 30 days before the claim.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Omen and delete your account from your dashboard at any time. We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms. Sections 5, 7, 9 and 10 still apply afterwards.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use Omen means you accept the new version.
