Refund Policy

Keys are digital and delivered instantly, so most purchases can't be refunded. This page explains the cases where they can.

When you can get a refund

• You paid on this website but never received your key.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Your key has never worked and our support team can't fix it.

Ask within 14 days of buying. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method.

When you can't

• The key has been redeemed or used, even once.
• You changed your mind, or bought the wrong plan after using the key.
• Omen stopped working for a while because Roblox updated. That time isn't refunded.
• Roblox took action against your account. See the Terms of Service.
• Your key was revoked for breaking the Terms of Service, for example by sharing it.

Keys bought from resellers

We don't refund keys bought from resellers, and we're not responsible if a reseller doesn't deliver your key. Contact the reseller you bought from. We can check whether a key is valid if you're unsure.

Chargebacks

Please ask us first. Filing a chargeback instead of contacting support revokes the key and closes the account it's on.
