Privacy Policy

Last updated September 27, 2026.

This explains what Omen collects, why, and what you can do about it. We collect only what we need to run your account and key.

What we collect

  • Account details: your username, email and profile picture from Discord or Google (whichever you sign in with), plus the ID those services give your account.
  • Your keys and purchases: which keys you own, when you bought and redeemed them, and when they expire.
  • Your PC's hardware ID (HWID): a one-way hash made from your PC's hardware, used to lock your key to one PC. It can't be turned back into your hardware details. We also keep your PC's name so you can tell which PC is locked.
  • Settings you save to your account, like Discord Rich Presence.
  • Reseller applications: the Discord username, shop and expected sales you send us.
  • Basic technical logs such as IP address and browser, kept for a short time to prevent abuse and fix problems.

What we don't collect

  • Your card or bank details. Payments are handled by the payment provider; we're only told that you paid.
  • Your Roblox password, or the scripts you write in Omen. Scripts stay on your PC.

How we use it

  • To sign you in, deliver and check your keys, and lock them to your PC.
  • To show your avatar and details on your dashboard.
  • To review reseller applications and answer support requests.
  • To stop fraud, key sharing and chargeback abuse.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • The payment provider, to take payments.
  • Discord and Google, only as needed to sign you in and connect your accounts.
  • Hosting and database providers that run the site for us.
  • Authorities, if the law requires it.

Cookies and storage

We use cookies and your browser's storage to keep you signed in and remember your cart. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as your account exists. When you delete it, we remove them within 30 days, except purchase records we have to keep for tax and fraud reasons.

Your choices

  • See and change your details and settings on your dashboard.
  • Disconnect Discord, Google or Roblox from your dashboard, except the one you signed up with.
  • Delete your account from the Settings section of your dashboard.
  • Ask for a copy of your data through Support.

Children

Omen isn't meant for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you think a child under 13 has an account, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
